a m91 semi auto made by tokarev , this rifle has 5 round in mag fed via stripper clip like the regular mosin , the ammo same thing from mosin 91 as long i believe .

yeah, about time Soviets get a BR2 semi of their own.
in general, Soviets lack a lot of low BR stuff, and while PPS43 is crazy powerful for BR2, PPSH41 has for what ever reason no dispersion, and the BR3 SVTs are amazing, that would be about it, they lack variety not to mention its crazy that their main Mosin is BR2, while being stat wise still worse than most nations starter bolt actions.
Soviets have issues for sure, but they also lack a lot of gear. Its kinda sad that historically speaking the Soviets were pretty early on super advanced on semi auto rifle development, much more so than US or Germany, yet they are the ones without a BR2 semi.

SVT 38 is already over performing in BR III compared to any other SA.
An BR II SA for soviets could be a good addition even if they have the best Bolt action at the same br (winchester)
Hot take maybe here, but honestly I prefer the the M91/30 over the Winchester, not to mention the likes of the lee Enfield which dwarf it.
M91/30 is very nice for mid and long range while M1895 is perfect for “close” and medium range
Im just not a fan of the sight for the winchester, that combined with how I find it oddly bulky to use. Even close in Im so used to using the 91/30 close in, I prefer it over the winchester, not to mention even if its historically accurate, the winchester feels so wrong to be using on the eastern front.
the sight depend of each person that’s for sure. I Personnally prefer 91/30 too but M1895 isn’t that bad
ww1 contract so it’s more histo than Fedorov or AS spam 
Dont get me wrong, I hate both of those, but the winchester isnt that bad, it just feels a bit out of place really.
