I know many already asked for this, but i must say again.
GIVE RALLY SPAWN PRIORITY TO OWNER OF THE RALLY POINT
It will incentivise building rally.
And i know some people will say “
well you get points when your teammate spawn at your rally”
but i’d rather be able to spawn at rally point as soon as possible so that i can defend objective & kill enemies.
I don’t care what my blue enemy does i have no trust on them so give me the priority on my own rally.
That’s not a very Canadian way to behave, eh.
I was thinking the other day how nice it would be to Lock your own rally point to squad.
If you dont want to build them, fine…you just cant use mine LOL

Wait checks checks writing I never said I don’t build rally points in fact I have an engineer in every squad unless I have no unlocked one in that squad. I don’t use my rallies because you don’t score by spawning on them. B also I am trying to win and don’t build rallies too far or close.
Sadly CM James did not support the suggestion about giving priority to the builder, because “can’t just restrict to some players use basic game mechanic that can be very helpful in every match.”
Ideally, priority would just go to the person who can actually spawn. I hate waiting for someone to click spawn for 10 seconds.
But even more pressing is people afking in my APC, preventing ANYONE from being able to spawn on it.
Yeah people in apc should be spawn dumped, a the apc stops moving for not 30 seconds, then if the apc is mobile 10 sec after spawn
Agreed, there is no reason someone should not have exited an APC within four of five seconds IMOP, so they should automatically be kicked in five to ten seconds. Also, I think people who build rally points should get their rally point priority, so they don’t have to wait to respawn at their own rally point.
Sometimes when there is someone not leaving the APC, i go there and throw a molotov in his face and watch him burn 
These are both very good and simple suggestions, rally point priority to the player who built it, and kicking out AFKers from APCs! Should be in some of next MEABP updates.
I do bring both rallies and APCs, yet sometimes I think if people would get prioritised for their rallies they could finally being forced to build some on their own.
What needs to be done is to prevent people in queue from blocking them infinitely. There are times where there is 1 guy in queue and I have to wait several cycles to spawn…
If there is a queue and the 1st guy misses the cycle next guy should spawn instead
An easy way to fix this is to allow engineers from the players different squads should be allowed to make rally points. I too hate being the few who make them and hate having to wait on my own point. This might help Incentivize players to build them or at least reward those of us that do. Also your own rally points need to be coloured different on the map so you know which is yours.
