The FG does not have the same movement dispersion penalty as an mg would have. So if you can hit the FG would win. The RD 44 is just more forgiving to use than an SF rifle as it is a 100 round AR.

I just used them. RD-44 has lower recoil but higher dispersion, so as long you stop burst once in a while you will be always more accurate than FG42 II WHILE MOVING IN ADS

I never argued that RD44 is worse than FG42, its a Assault rifle with a 100 round magazine this obviously is crazy powerful, but when we are arguing about details, we cant risk to make things up.

Both have very low recoil, dispersion doesn’t matter if you burst so yes RD-44 is more accurate in first few shots, less recoil offset and recoil direction makes first 1-3 shots pinpoint accurate. Visual recoil never mattered for RD-44.

In sustained fire FG42 II is more accurate but you can stop your burst and reset recoil on RD-44 and have next few shots to be more accurate than FG42. FG42 can’t sustain fire as it has just 20 round mags and faster rof.

While using bipod you can dump multiple shots vs enemies while being ultra accurate and FG42 just can’t compete no matter how you spin it’s stats.

thats not what accuracy means - you are talking about recoil and how easy to use a gun is.

RD 44 is extremely forgiving and easy to use, but it has worse deviation than FG42.

okay, lets start over again: and this time lets be realistic:

first, RD44 is a MG and as such is limited to MG gunners which are more limited than FG42 like SFR trooper weapons - as such we should strictly compare RD44 with other MGs, and as such I will now claim that RD44 is the best MG in the entire game.

Since I just claimed this, we should now see to compare it in detail with the other BR5 MGs available.
