Ok, it looks like this problem has been popping up before. My question is, will it be fix on its own or do I have to report it myself? Because it’s been 3 days of waiting for some patch to fix it.

If it has an attachment like a scope or bayonet and you reasearch and purchase it, it dosent have the attachment, you have to buy another one to get the scope.
You are totally wrong about the topic, it’s about the scope that is not available to even get now as this rifle (with PE scope) is not present in the tech tree after the merge, while it’s been there before in campaign system, even I have like 44 scopes left in the warehouse but can’t use them on Mosin rifles.
