It seems unfair to me that the Felorov assault rifle has lower damage than the Auto Hey.

this one need a nerf but can we put the same treatments on japan than the one we put one soviets ?
Currently japan as meh AT, no AT pack, some meh tank and meh plane, sniper and mortar are somewhere
they have a BR IV SMG

we can’t, but we must do. The Germans have the most content, how much more “love” do you think they still need? Germany literally has everything, everything multiplied by 4. I guess it seems to me that the bayonet can wait.

I wouldn’t say that, Germany has a lot of thing that’s for sure. but we have a recent example with one ppl wich was looking for a good BR III fighter. it’s seems that’s germany don’t have any BR III fighter with bomb unlike his other competitive. We still have some work, are we the worst one ? definitly no but some faction got some interesting thing germany could have too

Have you played with it? I don’t think so. But I did, on purpose. And you know what? I felt great. The only downside is the low rate of fire. Otherwise, the weapon is simply wonderful, it copes with any task perfectly. 30 rounds, quick reload, minimal recoil.

my problem with the mkb42 H or W is that there is no reason to use it. Zero reason. The stg44 is just better in every imaginable capacity. It would be more beneficial to new players to skip the mkb42 completely and grind to the STG44

I dislike this. Every weapon in the game should ideally have a reason to use it, whether that be because it has a certain stat advantage, or maybe the recoil pattern is nice, or maybe because it has a nice sight or scope to it.

By moving the Mkb42 to BR4, it would give people a legitimate reason to pick it up and use it. It would no longer be outclassed and have a chance to shine.

Maybe there are arguments to be had to keep the Mkb42 in BR5, but the STG45 is so bad it needs to be BR4, the grease gun level of ROF makes it feel awful to use

And who forbids you to use MKb42? Only you yourself. Let’s be honest, if it has a bayonet, then STG44 will have a bayonet. BR4 100% play with BR5. Literally, nothing will change.

the only thing I agree with. And the problem is far from just the weapon itself. Without the vitality perk, soldiers are dying like flies.

Let’s be honest, if it has a bayonet, then STG44 will have a bayonet.

Well, the MKb42 has a bayonet lug, the STG44 doesn’t, it is quite literally impossible to attach a bayonet to the STG44 unless you tie a knife to it with a rope, and that would be stupid

500 rpm fire rate, even with its high damage only gives this gun about the same DPS as BR4 SMGs.

Technically MP40 has higher DPS than MKB

This is right, it should deal the same damage, but the Japanese 30 rounder one hit kill rifle is overpowered anyways.

I fully support the idea to put the MKb42(H) and (W) on BR4 and equip them with a bayonet. Not because bias or axis main thing but rather because this gun is absolute useless in BR5.

I had a lot of fun in Moscow before the merge, this gun was great…and still is great for sure, but is hopelessly outgunned in BR5 matches with USSR or US sweat lords with their fantasy stuff.

The stats fit perfectly in BR4 and are absolute compareable to other BR4 weapons. I know that axis would be the only nation with an assault rifle in BR4 (beside the MKb.42(M) event gun) but there also is the MKb35 GO weapon on BR2 - and no one is angry.

It would be great to make the MKb42(H) and specially the now useless GO weapon MKb42(W) enjoyable and competitive again.

Before othe mains complain: Every nation has benefits or did some people forget the BR3 weapon aka. PPS43 on BR2, a laser PPSH with dispersion that never will be fixed or a laser machine gun aka. BAR with very good sprint factor? And to be honest, the MKb42(H) and (W) wouldn’t be that much of a benefit on BR4.

Well it’s not supposed to be heavy like other LMG in fact it was used as a light rifle in some circumstances so honestly compared to other BR3 MG like MG34 and DP27 and the Type 99 which don’t have the speed like BAR but have twice the ammo it’s understandable why the BAR has the good sprint factor but over all I agree with the rest of what you said.

Meaningless comparison, this is literally the case for most weapon in game.

Its DPS is simply too low, the devs tried to make the gold order Mkb42 worth it in BR5 by giving it better dispersion, but its still hopeless, 500 RPM simply doesnt work in BR5 for a gun that doesnt kill with one shot.

Its hard to explain, but there is something with 500 rpm in this game that makes a gun terrible - while 600 rpm is good again. its difficult to explain.

Okay, but the as44 is here to stay - and I would argue “from a gameplay perspective” a good addition to the game, it gives Soviets a great assault rifle, while AVT and Federov or PPSH do have limitations against German STGs.

Okay it has a bit better stats than STG, but as a German main I never felt these to be really noticable.

You are right, but those weapons that never saw combat and have partly fantasy stats are the reason why historical weapons like the MKb42 (all variants) and the StG45 are outgunned in BR5. There is just no point using them.

well I still believe putting them into BR4 would cause zero balance issues.
Beretta will be more useful in ranges up to 50 meters.
