100mm Tanks for Soviet

Now all factions except the Soviets have tanks with decent reload times in BR5, but the Soviets are getting old with the long reload times of their 122mm guns.
This suggestion has been made many times, but now I want to make it again.

I have three suggestions here:

shswhes

IS(object 248) with 100mm cannon.(S-34)

IS(Object 245) with 100mm cannon.(D-10T)

T44 with 100mm cannon.(D-10T)

SU-100 is enough, NO Tank Prototypes that Didn’t See Combat

It is post-war, its development began in 1954, its design was improved in 1957-1959, and only in 1960 did it receive its name - IS-2M.

You can have the stupid tank when the Soviets are not God and close quarter combat.

They get that we get our nonsense too so let’s open Pandora’s box completely

Soviet jet laughs in your face so no matter what you say we are going into that horrible future whether you like it or not.

Agree but first Give a captured ppsh 41 to Germans along a propper Federov counter and lastly make the RD being a machine gun by giving some dispersion while moving or at least not being a laser overall

and well that way we could give soviets this tanks a AVT with 20 rounds and maybe a propper attacker plane like P-47 along a german counterpart : )

At the risk of repeating myself, I have a modest proposal…

would have been enough, if it was in the tech tree, but its premium only.

Can you give more specific information? Isn’t this the same T44 without the DShK and side armor?

It is actually the 1945 prototype of the T-54. You read that right, the Soviets were testing a prototype for the T-54 before Germany surrendered.

why? I think a unique Finnish one is better?

Well, if the Soviets had an MG42 100 and an MG 81!

I’m not against a similar plane for Germany, but the Soviet Union and Japan shouldn’t be forgotten. If we give Germany something like the P47, we should give it to the Soviet Union and Japan too.

it’s cool, but the T54 is part of the Cold War icons, so I think options like the T44 would be better.

Nice suggestion! There is only one problem though. I would again need to buy the woodland camo for any of these new tanks. Which costs 250 gold per tank. Since for some illogical reason I can’t take it off the IS-2 (1944) and use it on another tank. Lol. :joy:

I understand that thinking, though one can possibly argue from a historicity perspective the T-54 1945 would be a less questionable prototype to add than the T-44-100. While the T-44-100 ultimately went nowhere, the 1945 version of the T-54 is an early version of an actual service vehicle kind of like how we have an early version of the RPD ingame.

Well, they should ask for another version of the SU-100 if there is one for the TT.
